SUMMERFEST'S 2019 FESTIVAL POSTER
Summerfest creates a new poster every year to celebrate the festival. For this poster, I wanted to explore another style by utilizing cooler tones with a monochromatic look. Summerfest's location by the lake as well as its liveliness from day to night is something that I wanted to showcase in this piece.
EMERGING ARTIST SERIES
The Emerging Artists Series showcases various artists on the rise during the 11-day festival. For this poster, I wanted to portray a diverse selection of artists in an abstract world. I wanted to engage the viewer by including characters that they could relate to as well as adding fun surprises in the poster.
